When you choose Telephone Answering Exchange for your answering service, you don't have to worry about power outages.

Dual system backup

Our utility power is fed to automatic transfer switches that connect to our generators. You can rest easy knowing we also have battery backup systems.

Once through the generators, the power feed is connected to Uninterruptable Power Systems (UPS). If utility power is lost, the UPS automatically runs our systems and signals the generators to start.

Protecting your answering service

In addition to the generators and UPS system, Telephone Answering Exchange also provides you additional protection.

You can count on our failsafe dedicated underground cable for phone service from Verizon, with Comcast and VoIP lines for redundancy. We also have on-site and off-site backup systems, insuring your data is always safe!
